Carbon Analyst

We are headquartered in London, Riyadh, Singapore and Dubai, Cape Town, Cairo & Sydney working throughout the Middle East, Europe and Asia. Our areas of expertise are represented in four core verticals: Building Engineering, Planning and Infrastructure, Strategy and Advisory and Commissioning, Handover and Asset Management.

Job Purpose
- Providing sub-tasks on projects and shall report to the Carbon Specialist.
- Supporting the successful delivery of projects to high standard.
Qualification / Experience
- Consulting / Engineering: Minimum of a BSc / BA / BE or equivalent degree related to the area of expertise required.
- Required minimum experience: 1-3 years
- Able to work independently on complex tasks.
Responsibilities
Life Cycle Assessment:
- Conduct LCA studies in adherence to relevant standards, including for building certification schemes.
- Use LCA tools and software to analyse data and generate insights.
- Prepare LCA reports and project-specific recommendations for impact reduction.
Carbon Assessment:
- Conduct detailed carbon assessments for projects, in accordance with relevant standards.
- Collect and analyse data on energy use, materials, transportation, and other emission sources.
- Prepare carbon emissions reports and identify opportunities for carbon reduction.
- Develop dashboards or visualizations to communicate findings to stakeholders
Environmental Product Declarations:
- Collect and review product-specific data.
- Conduct product LCA in compliance with relevant standards.
- Develop visualizations to communicate findings to manufacturers.
