We are looking for a talented Senior Design Engineer ICT/ AV to join our team in Cairo, Egypt. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and delivering innovative audio visual and ICT solutions for various projects and will work closely with clients, architects, consultants, and contractors to understand their requirements and provide design proposals that meet their needs and expectations. Candidate will also need to coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation and integration of the audio visual and IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop audio visual, ICT systems and Security Systems for various projects, such as corporate offices, hotels, retail, education, residential, Master Plan, Infrastructure and entertainment.

• Prepare design drawings, specifications, calculations, reports, and presentations using relevant software tools and standards.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the audio visual and IT systems during the project lifecycle.

• Research and evaluate new technologies and products in the audio visual and IT field

• Collaborate and communicate effectively with clients, architects, consultants, contractors, and suppliers.

• Ensure compliance with the relevant codes, standards, and best practices in the audio visual and IT field.
  

Essential Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, preferably in electrical, electronics, or telecommunications.

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in audio visual and ICT design and engineering.

• Proficient in using design software tools, such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, EASE, etc.

• Knowledgeable in audio visual and ICT systems, such as video conferencing, digital signage, sound reinforcement, lighting control, network infrastructure, etc.

• Familiar with the audio visual and ICT industry standards and best practices, such as AVIXA, CEDIA, BICSI, etc.

• Familiar with Authority requirements for USA and KSA projects.

• Consultancy and Design background.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

• Willing to travel within the UAE and abroad as required.
