Structural Engineer
AESG is hiring a Structural Engineer (5+ years) to deliver concrete/steel designs, BIM coordination, and innovative, compliant solutions across global projects.

As a Structural Engineer at AESG you will deliver structural design packages for building projects with increasing independence. The role includes structural analysis, design development, drawing and model coordination, and support during design and construction stages, while ensuring compliance with project requirements and applicable codes.
Responsibilities:
Undertake structural analysis and design for reinforced concrete, steel, and where relevant composite elements.
Prepare and review calculations, reports, specifications, and design sketches.
Coordinate structural deliverables with architects, MEP engineers, and BIM technicians.
Ensure designs comply with local authority requirements, international codes, and project quality standards.
Support the production and review of drawings, schedules, and BIM-based deliverables.
Help drive innovation in structural engineering, including advanced analysis, BIM-enabled workflows, and parametric/digital tools.
Participate in project meetings and respond to technical queries from internal and external stakeholders.
Assist in reviewing contractor submissions, RFIs, and construction-stage design changes.
Contribute to site visits and inspections as required.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
5 years of experience in building structures.
Good knowledge of concrete and steel design.
Working knowledge of structural software such as ETABS, SAFE, SAP2000, Robot, TEDDS or similar, plus Revit coordination awareness.
Basic knowledge of parametric design.
Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
